Step 1 - Functionality Customization

You can start creating a copilot by defining the core functions your Copilot must perform. Different copilots are available for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Finance and Operations, Sales, and Power platforms. The Copilot will be created using the knowledge source mentioned in the prompt.  

Step 6 - Enable Generative AI

The Copilot can be enabled to provide generative answers by enabling the settings->Generative AI option. The content generation can be set to Low, Medium, or High as per requirements.

Step 7 - Test Out Your CoPilot

The Copilot will be able to provide answers based on the questions asked about CloudThat training, as shown below with the website links.
