Demand for cloud skills on the rise as leaders look to fight off rising competition

This trend underscores the importance of organizations prioritizing fostering a learning ecosystem that encourages experimentation and knowledge-sharing and champions-oriented culture. 

CXOs emphasize the necessity of technical proficiency in leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Additionally, expertise in cloud architecture, security, and compliance is deemed crucial to tackling potential risks associated with cloud adoption. Furthermore, industry projections suggest that by the end of 2024, companies aim to allocate approximately 80% of their total IT hosting budget towards cloud spending. This shift in budget allocation reflects a growing recognition of the role of cloud technology in enabling innovation and agility, thereby maintaining competitiveness in the rapidly evolving business landscape.
