This limitation restricted external users from accessing the dashboards with different email IDs and created inefficiencies in managing user subscriptions. Additionally, the need for subscription management and user access control was cumbersome and did not scale well.
• Established Amazon VPC peering for secure cross-account data access between Amazon RDS and Amazon QuickSight.
• Set up Amazon VPC connectivity between Amazon RDS and Amazon QuickSight.
• Developed interactive dashboards in Amazon QuickSight with daily refresh schedules.
• Automated user creation and deletion in Amazon QuickSight using AWS Lambda and Amazon S3.
