The Challenge

Osyte had an existing AWS infrastructure in Oregon without disaster recovery, leading to a continuity challenge. They aimed to redesign their AWS setup for disaster recovery in Ohio, with specific needs such as no existing recovery measures, missing application failover, lack of automated DNS failover, manual disaster recovery, non-highly available Amazon S3 data, minimal downtime during implementation, and a preference for Ohio. CloudThat was enlisted to evaluate its IT environment and implement the needed disaster recovery infrastructure to meet these requirements.

“CloudThat helped us to build the cross-region BCDR infrastructure and solution to make our platform highly available. The team members are diligent, customer focused, friendly, and technically proficient. I would highly recommend them for any similar implementation and also will consider for future AWS consulting work. Great work team. Many Congratulations to everyone involved in the delivery of this project. Keep up the good work. 😊”

-Sellappa Gopalaswamy, Program Manager Osyte
