The client is a newspaper media network promoted by a leading broadcasting company. It is the biggest news network in our country. The client owns and operates a national Hindi news channel and three regional channels in Marathi, Bengali, and English.

The client experienced delays and dissatisfaction with manual election data management. To streamline responses and enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency, they wanted to integrate a multilingual chatbot for Marathi, Bengali, and English.
• Preprocess and clean election data with validation, transformation, and normalization.
• Insert processed data into Amazon RDS MySQL with structured tables for efficient querying.
• Convert multilingual user queries to SQL using AWS Lambda and Amazon Bedrock.
• Execute SQL queries on RDS MySQL, process and format the retrieved data.
• Summarize and translate responses using Amazon Bedrock, storing and caching results in Amazon S3.
• Deliver summarized responses back to users via Amazon API Gateway.
A multilingual chatbot reduced query response time by 90%, ensured 98% uptime during peak election periods, and provided valuable insights while scaling to handle multiple inquiries.
